Yes. The Starter plan is free with no time limit. It includes full access to all core mouse management tools for a single user, so you can evaluate Moustra with your real colony data before deciding to upgrade.
What is the Academy plan?
The Academy plan is designed for non-profit research organizations and small academic labs. At $4.99/user/month, it provides unlimited Cheese AI access, weekly PI reports, and support for up to 10 users. Contact us to verify your non-profit eligibility.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly per active user. You can add or remove users at any time, and billing adjusts automatically. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and purchase orders for institutional procurement.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
