Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request data export within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
